Matt has a Master’s of Physical Therapy from Western University, which followed a kinesiology degree from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. He has always had an interest in health and has been involved in research, personal training, and volunteer work with special populations. In addition to his degrees, Matt has additional training in Acupuncture and the Mulligan Concept. When not working and helping within the community he spends most of his time with his wife and two children.
Ashley grew up on Vancouver Island earning a science degree at UVic before beginning a career in law enforcement. In 2017 she decided to follow her passion for helping others and return to school, graduating with honours in massage therapy.
Ashley believes that nobody should live in pain. She strives to use an individual approach to treat the root cause of pain. Her main goal is to provide rehabilitative and preventative care ensuring she meets the client’s unique concerns. By using knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, in her assessment and treatments, musculoskeletal dysfunction, postural imbalances, and pain are effectively treated, creating balance and returning each client to their optimal functioning.
Ashley has experience treating a variety of conditions including Temporo-mandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD), neuralgia, sciatic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and thoracic outlet syndrome.
Ashley has training in IASTM, Functional Range Release (FR®) Bioflex laser and cupping.
